John - Ad Thinkers Marketing Firm

This post hits close to home. Just this week I received an email from a client that I touched base with last week. We had done a project for him last fall that went really well. We were just touching base with him last week since we hadn't spoken for a few months and he sends me this great email this week full of compliments on the work we do and inviting us out to dinner. The kind of thing that just makes you smile.

It's always great to hear from satisfied customers and colleagues, even if they are not talking about you're company or services -- knowing what makes them happy can provide lasting lessons, or a new direction for customer service programs.

By the way...you really do a great job providing excellent info with this blog!
